Description: This kit is for 1963-66 Riviera, Toronado, Eldorado Power Brake Booster Conversion,Drum Drum The 1" bore original GM style single reservoir master cylinder is a easy replacement that doesn't require you to rework you lines when replacing the same drum drum setup. The 9" single diaphragm booster is coated and comes with a 4" pedal rod extension, clevis, rod end. The residual valve will need to be cut inline in front of the "T" on the frame. This will give you the residual pressure needed to operate the drum brakes optimally. NOTE: You will need to re-drill the firewall for the booster studs. 4 new holes will need to be drilled in order to install. The bolt pattern on the booster is 3"3/8 Square.Booster rod will need to be modified to fit your pedal. Rod will be longer than needed. Once installed on firewall you will need to measure the rod and cut the booster rod to length. In some cases removing the lock nut on the rod will be necessary to get the clearance needed.Fitting sizes on the master are 3/8" You may need to adapt to the master in this kit.
