Description: New CD , Polish Release She became a pop star at just 21, but after the great success of her two albums, Florence suddenly discovered that devoting herself only to music, she lost the ability to experience ordinary things at the same time. Concerts were getting bigger, hair was getting redder, and success was getting more spectacular. So, returning from her last tour, Florence decided to simply live a normal life, trying to function outside the hermetic world she knew from a continuous tour. As a result, the songs that were created when she returned to recording are much more immersed in reality. "‹‹‹Ceremonials›› has largely focused on topics related to death and water, while this album is about learning how to live and how to love in the real world rather than running away from it. It’s pretty scary because that’s not how I hide behind anything, but I felt it was meant to be,” says Florence of “How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful.” The disc consists of 11 tracks (16 in deluxe version!), which were formed in the vast majority last year in collaboration with musicians such as Paul Epworth, Kid Harpoon and John Hill. Production was supervised by Markus Dravs previously responsible for, among others, Arcade Fire or Björk albums and the sound of the album is definitely a return to vivid, sometimes even rock playing. "Marcus worked with Björk on 'Homogenic' which is a very important record to me. I felt we had found a balance between live gaming and electronics by connecting these two worlds. I wanted to create a powerful sound that was gentle at the same time,” says Florence about working with Draves. Florence + The Machine heralds the fantastic 'What Kind Of Man' recording, but the first track to be made for the album was the title 'How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful' - 'This song was created right after the tour ended. Then for almost a year I plunged into my chaotic life before finally coming back to it. These trumpets at the end remind me of love. Like sounds from a wind section that never ends playing it just blurs in space. Something you want to throw away indefinitely. That’s how I feel music and it’s the most amazing feeling under the sun,” says Florence. Tracklist: 1. Ship To Wreck2. What Kind Of Man3. How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful4. Queen of Peace5.
