Description: Flat Washer 1/4 x 5/8 x 0.057 in / Stainless Steel / Pkg of 8 Miscellaneous Railroad Company #W25S58 (For reference: 1/16th inch = 0.0625 inch; 1/32nd inch = 0.03125 inch) Individual washer weight ≈ 0.052oz. (Note: 1/2oz = 0.500oz.; 1/8thoz = 0.125oz.) These washers are intended for additional weight for Rivarossi passenger cars. The washers fit over the main truck boss, but the tiny rivet detail and the 2 stabilizing pins have to be removed. On the passenger car I checked, the boss offset was 0.058 inch, so only one washer can be installed.Do not install these on the IHC Premier Series Heavyweight cars as the center wheel will contact the washer (with 36inch wheels installed). Stainless Steel is slightly magnetic, but the installation will be far enough away from the track to not interfere with magnetic un-coupler operation.
