I use regular long grain rice with flax seed and your choice of scent enclosed in a separate 100% white cotton pouch. I double sew each pouch for durability and weighs approx.14.oz. These bags MEASURE 10" x 4" THESE ARE NOT LARGE BAGS Perfect size for warming and soothing aches/pains from sore muscles, headaches, eye ache etc. Can also be used as a cold pack for bumps, sprains, ankle or knee swelling ,etc. (Important place rice bag in baggie before putting in freezer and allow to freeze atleast 1 hour before use) Microwave the rice bags for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Make sure to check temperature before using. DO NOT microwave bag for over 2 minutes at a time, rice can burn. These bags should not be in contact with water. I hand make each pouch after they are ordered. Please allow atleast three business days before mailout after purchase.
