Description: This is a Silver coloured cable chain pendant necklace made from an antique Greek FIVE LEPTA coin. It is from 1912 so is 112 years old. It features an Owl of Athena standing on an Amphora with an Olive branch. Only issued in 1912 and in remarkable condition. Diameter 19 mm. All my coins have been in circulation so may show some minor imperfections but they are in very good condition with fine detail. They are highly polished to a mirror finish and then lacquered to prevent tarnishing. The cable chain is Silver plated with a Lobster claw clasp. Length is 450 mm (18") which can extend to 500 mm (20"). The photos are for display purposes only so may not show your chosen year but this is from 1912. An ideal gift for birthday or anniversary.
