Description: This is a Silver coloured cable chain pendant necklace made from a New Zealand FIVE CENT coin. The earliest is from 1967, latest from 2003. It features a "TUATARA" which is an endangered species of reptile endemic to New Zealand. Withdrawn in 2006 so some years are now quite rare. All my coins have been in circulation so may show some minor imperfections but they are in very good condition with fine detail. They are highly polished to a mirror finish and then lacquered to prevent tarnishing. The cable chain is new & Silver plated with a Lobster claw clasp. Length is 450 mm (18") which can be extended to 500 mm (20"). The photos are for display purposes only so may not show your chosen year. An ideal gift for birthday or anniversary.
