Often referred to as “FiestaWare”. One owner; purchased new and never used. It is very rare to find a Large 3 Qt. Canister in the Fiesta Anniversary color “Marigold” offered for sale on ebay. This is NOT a “NEW Fiesta Factory Outlet SECONDS item”; this was purchased NEW at Dillards about 2011; the store price tag is still affixed to the bottom of the canister. The Homer Laughlin China Company of West Virginia is the USA’s largest producer of china; Fiesta Ware is known for it’s high quality, durable dinnerware. According to the Fiesta website: the color “Marigold” was “Retired” in 2011;Fiesta ware is Microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe; fully vitrified lead-free china with a color glaze. I believe that this particular 3quart canister design has been retired and is no longer available for purchase from Fiesta. This listing includes a Two-piece canister[bottom canister & lid; the lid has a white colored flexible style ring / “gasket seal”]; both pieces are the Fiesta color “Marigold”. Approximate measurements: Volume Capacity = 3 Quart;7.875” tall without lid; 10.125” tall with lid; 7.25” top diameter; 5.875” bottom diameter. There are no chips or cracks; there is a very tiny mark inside the rim of the lid; perhaps a small ink mark, I don’t know. The “Fiesta” logo is imprinted on the bottom surface of the canister; a price tag / other store tag is still affixed to the bottom of the canister. There is no other packaging. The Fiesta Canister / lid may have small manufacturing imperfections. Refer to photos for approximate size and condition of the item[s].
