And Fender has curbed these spicy pickups' microphonics and preserved their open yet focused tone.Bridge pickup The Ancho Poblano LTD Strat pickups give special attention to the construction of the bridge single-coil. Utilizing Alnico 5 magnets, enamel wire, and flat pole pieces, this pickup pushes plenty of output and exudes an aggressive voice. It both balances well with the other pickups in the set and snarls with an attitude all its own.Middle and neck pickups In the middle and neck positions, you'll find two single-coils that, while sharing many similarities, are individually voiced to deliver an even switching response across all the pickup selector positions.
