Dead on Arrival (DoA) Policy:If there are any deceased fish, customers must provide video footage of the fish in its original bag/package. Customers must also provide evidence of the condition of the original box as well.If the bag is tampered/opened/cut, replacements will not be accepted.If the package was mishandled by the carrier which caused the death of the livestock, customers will have to pay 50% of the total cost in order to receive replacements.Any deceased fish will be replaced at no cost, however customers must pay for the shipping fee.Our guarantee is only covered for the livestock in its original package. We will not take action/responsibility once the fish is introduced into customers’ tanks.Failure to obtain packages from our arranged postal services will not be accounted for on our behalf.
