Description: I purchased this frying pan used from another eBayer in October 2024. I bought it because I wanted to try it out. What can I say: copper is a joy to use. It's a great pan—heats evenly and quickly—but I already have another skillet the same size that works about the same. So I've decided to sell this one. This pan is from Falk's Signature line, distinguished by its stainless steel handle. This handle stays cool whereas cast iron handles are prone to becoming too hot to touch. The stainless steel handle also won't rust; you don't have to worry about keeping it dry after cleaning like you would a cast iron handle. Condition-wise: There are scratches and discolorations on the bottom of the pan. The stainless steel interior has minor scratches from use and one spot less than a milimeter in circumference that looks like pitting but I think is in actuality a manufacturing defect. Sits flat.
