Description: If you've a knowledge of film history you'll certainly understand and appreciate this short's importance. Contrary to the generally accepted as fact legend this film was not an attempt on MGM's part to decide which of the two talented young girls to keep: Joe Pasternak at Universal had already had Durbin under contract. This print is a dupe though there are no splices other than where I've appended a leader and tail. The pictures shown are from the print and have been altered only to remove the sepia-like tint from my phone's camera . The track is clean and robust and if you can accept a typically dupey image you'll find this quite an entertaining reel and a worthwhile addition to your collection.
