Please only purchase if you understand this has been converted to sublimation inks and know that those look a bit dull when printed on plain paper. The colors become more vibrant when heat transferred onto fabrics, products, etc. You can still print on paper if you want, just understand the colors will appear less vibrant. Here are some additional details: I have not used this in a while. Used to work great, but I have been busy with other projects and not been able to run prints on this for a while. I started it up again now to confirm it appears to be working well. Nozzle check, initially ran clean on CMY, and nothing printed on (K) black, but after a few cleanings the black (K) is running near 100% now, and the CMY show about 93% ( small amount missing on the nozzle check, see photo). If you run a fast draft quality print on plain paper, the little bit missing on the CMY shows up as a little bit of banding (see photos). However, when I run a print using high quality mode, on glossy, or on photo matte sublimation paper, the print looks perfect ( see photos comparing the color swatches using plain paper normal print, and best quality glossy print ). Please keep in mind that these printers require regular use, and cleanings to keep them at their best quality. I can show you exactly what I ran on this today, but I have no way to providing any warranties or guarantees and expect you will handle maintenance as needed, and recommend that you print regularly to maintain the best quality prints. I will include the supplies shown: - The printer already has some sublimation ink in it. I estimate it is about 50-70% full across the channels. - Additional Left over ink is included in the epson bottles shown. The bottles have about 25% available in them. I am fairly confident this was the same sublimation ink that was put into the original epson bottles for loading. BUT I am not 100% sure about this (I might be wrong, and the extra ink might be normal epson ink) - I will include 6 sheets of 8.5"wide x 13"long Koala Sublimation Paper 120gsm so you can begin running actual transfers to fabrics, etc. right away. This is one of the best papers for sublimation and transfers rich saturated colors to your fabrics, and other objects. It's the same paper I used for the test print transfer I did for the photo. Please note: sublimation prints look dull at first on paper, and the colors change when sublimated. I don't have the icc profile for the ink, but once you run out, you can add your own choice of fresh ink and profile the colors then. I would test my designs on plain paper first and then use the sublimation paper for the final high quality print that you plan to sublimate onto something so you are not wasting sublimation paper for draft ideas. I found the best results are when you select "photo matte paper" or "presentation matte paper" from the print menu on your computer, and the quality to "best". - I will include the actual test prints and fabric test piece I made (pictured) - Power cable, and some epson instructions.
