Description: Japanese Entei e-series black star promo from the 2002 Happy Adventure Rally (sometimes labeled JR Rally) #043 Graded BGS 9.5, it is a **Pop 5** card in the BGS pop report. There are no 10's currently! (There are PSA 10's but we all know that PSA is lighter on grading and would easily crossover if it came down to it) This card was one of six available through the Pokémon Happy Adventure Rally 2002, which ran on the JR East Yamanote Line from August 3 to August 18, 2002 in Japan. Entei could be obtained at the booth present at Ikebukuro Station. This card goes for around $300-500 sealed. My asking price is fair but am willing to negotiate!
