Description: This single-sided 10-inch 78 RPM transcription record # 11900 is titled "Community Panel of Experts" and issued by the Empire Broadcasting Corporation, of New York City. The content is a male vocal group singing a satirical song, apparently for radio play as the introduction to a quiz or panel discussion show. And that's all I know about it, except the production credit on the label goes to "Batten, Barton, Durstine & Osborne, Inc.", a New York advertising agency. It is undated, and the back has a red textured surface and a blank white label. The record is pressed on red vinyl and has some visible surface scuffs and scratches. I've played it on my Audio-Technica turntable, and there were no skips or jumps, and mostly just an average level background noise, with some occasional clicks or pops or ticking.
