In the event that an item needs to be returned, the buyer will have to pay for it and there needs to be photos of the item before and after packing. Also, the item needs to be insured. Damaged itemsIn the very rare occasion that one of our items will arrive damaged: We do not issue a refund if we do not get full photo and video documentation. If a refund is desired, items need to be shipped back with proper documentation. The best way to get the insurance to pay is to bring the item to the carrier right after arrival. They want physical proof in their office. Bringing the item, yourself will shorten the process, safe money and time.
