However, all motors and modules have been tested to verify their operation. \ PICK YOUR POISON We recently upgraded a large portion of a rest home that resides near the Atlantic Ocean. As a result, we now have a number of working HVAC motors that have endured lots of seaside salt air. So, we now have some low-cost 42Y condenser motors with prices reduced because of the environment. This group lost mounting screws when removed from their condenser due to excessive rust. If they lost 3 or 4 screws they went straight to the scrap yard. For a loss of one or two mounting screw, we assumed that there are some experienced and talented people out there who would rather fix their motors than pay full price and would agree to solicit professionally trained help for their installation. Other groups are divided by rust effects. Even though we have removed rust until we are red-in-the-face, some motors could not justify any more labor. Some groups cleaned up fairly-well but are still ugly. All motors were working when we removed them, were still working when we confirmed their operation as they were listed and will continue to operate to your satisfaction for at least 30 days or your money back, but most likely for a lot longer. CAUTION EVERYONE KNOWS THAT IT MAY BE DANGEROUS TO OPERATE A CONDENSER FAN WITH A MISSING MOUNTING SCREW.
