They look very good and have spent their lives in a pet free, smoke free, temperature controlled environment. There are some scratches and scuffs and minor indentions from their 60 plus year lives. The top back edge of one is missing some veneer as highlighted in one closeup. One of the four mounting holes for one woofer is cracked but can be used with the addition of a washer. These were made different, but close years as they are nearly identical. These were sold as mono speakers originally. They contain no components. I have a woofer and two crossovers and a pair of attenuators in separate listings if that helps. I have never had all of the components to rebuild them. I have two decades experience safely packaging woofers like this one. It will be packaged well. These measure approximately 29.5"H x 19"W x 15 3/4"D. The interior is designed for these to be either a 2 way or 3 way configuration. Generally an SP12 woofer and T35 tweeter is used in combination to form a 2 way configuration.
