This is a working meter, powers up and tested using included calibration foils (see video and pictures). This meter was in use up to the closure of the shop. You will receive: Elcometer 456, calibration foils x4 with storage sleeve, meter storage pouch, all as shown. Please note the calibration foils are used and while the 2 thicker foils give good readings, the 2 thinner foils are worn from use and are less accurate. The gauge itself works well.
