By simply adjusting the clamp, you can decide how much sway control is exerted on the trailer. The ReCurve R3 will distribute the weight of your trailer evenly across the axles of the vehicle and provide as much sway control as you choose. Or, turn the sway control completely off in dangerous or icy road conditions. Its top-loading spring bars give it more ground clearance than other hitches, and the streamlined design makes the hitch and the trailer move as one, while creating a sleek look. 2-5/16 inch hitch ball included. For trailers that have tongue weights that range from 1,001 to 1,200 lbs and/or no more than 12,000 lbs of gross trailer weight. Features The sway control can easily be turned completely off in dangerous or icy road conditions. Its top-loading spring bars give it more ground clearance and are easy to install. The mono trunion and trailer move as one maintaining the same center point. The sway control collar utilizes brake pad material providing better sway control with easy adjustments.
