Description: A Very Early Large Oak Hand Carved Panelled Lady Justice, Tea Caddy C1700/1800The tea caddy is in good used condition, no breaks or splits. There is some minor chipping/wear to the early panels, one small area of repair (see photos).The panels date to around C1640 and at some point were made into this lovely tea caddy. A really lovely looking caddy, with great pattern/colour and depth of carving on the panels. The caddy is 41cm long by 23cm wide by 19cm high and is heavy 4.5Kg.Just a stunning looking oak panelled tea caddy to any collection. Any Questions welcome.
