The Seller is the Original Owner and received this LP as a promotional copy from the label at the time of its release. The disc was visually inspected and appears to be in NM condition. The cover is in excellent condition. It has a gold promo stamp on the rear cover and a hype sticker on the front. It has the original custom inner sleeve, which has a 1" seam splits on one edge. (Wikipedia Excerpts) Durell Coleman was a contestant/winner on Star Search in 1985, an American television show from 1983 to 1995, hosted by Ed McMahon. Many Star Search winners from the early seasons secured recording contracts within a few weeks of the end of the competition—first season vocal group winner Sawyer Brown, first season male vocalist champion Sam Harris and second season male vocalist champion Durell Coleman were the first three. In early seasons, the grand champions were determined by how long a champion held their title. This record is held by Durell Coleman (1985), who won the $100,000 on Season 2 with 15 wins and no defeats.His somewhat dramatic stage presence was tempered beautifully in his first (and only) album, the 1985 self-titled release "Durell Coleman" (for sale here). May have slight signs of wear also may be marred by a cut out hole, sawcut, or cut corner indicating it is a promotional copy. VG (VERY GOOD) - Vinyl has light wear, scratches, or scuffs.
