Description: DPS AES-2400 Stereo Audio Synchronizer Chassis with Dual AS-2400 Sync Cards AS-2400 Sync Card General Description The DPS AS-2400 Stereo Digital Audio Synchronizer card can provide 334ms of audio delay (20 NTSC fields, 17 fields PAL). The AS-2400 can easily compensate for errors caused when a video signal passes through multiple frame synchronizers or other digital processors. Transparent operation is provided by 16 bit, 44.1 kHz audio processing and both balanced and un-balanced signals can be accommodated. Other AS-2400 features include a built in tone oscillator, variable noise gate, compressor/limiter, two low pass filters and a high pass filter. The AS-2400 can automatically track the dynamic internal video delay of a DPS VS-2400/ VS-2410 (MicroSYNC) Video Synchronizer card, DPS-265 Universal Video Synchronizer or a DPS-365 Universal PAL Video Synchronizer. In Auto Track mode, the AS-2400 can still provide 1 to 16 NTSC fields of fixed audio delay and 9 fields for PAL to compensate for video lip sync errors generated upstream of your facility. The AS-2400 can be installed in a DPS AES-2400 dual rackmount expansion chassis for use with a DPS-265/365 Universal Video Synchronizers or as a stand alone digital audio delay. The AES-2400 Provides Power and indipendent control for one or two AS-2400 cards.
