Description: This listing is for a MR. HYDE CALENDAR MASK made by Don Post Studios in 1998, based the Karloff's makeup in Abbott and Costello Meet Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Limited to only 250, the mask is a faithful reproduction of the Don Post mask sold in the 1960s and immortalized in monster magazines of that era. This is a full-size, full-head mask made of thick latex with hand-painted features and beautifully applied faux hair. Color is still superb and has not turned brown with "mask rust," a problem that has plagued these calendar masks. I'm sure you will love it! On consignment.
