Description: For a complete description and condition grading, please read the full description before purchasing! A nice 28" Disston Thumbhole D-8 Rip Saw. It has 5-1/2 points per inch and is freshly sharpened. There are no missing or damaged teeth and the handle is without damage as well. The etch is barely visible. No signs of wear or rust - probably never used. No problems or issues. EXCELLENT: 95-99% of original finish remaining. Very slight wear with no rust. No problems or issues. GOOD PLUS: 85-95% of original finish remaining. Used but well maintained. Scuffs, light wear, very little rust. GOOD: 65-85% of original finish remaining. Moderate wear and/or rust. Minor deficiencies - owner's initials, nicks, etc. GOOD MINUS: 50-65% of original finish remaining. Has seen hard use, but remains serviceable. Scratches, nicks, dents, cracks, chips, improper replacement parts. FAIR: 25-50% of original finish remaining. Heavy wear and rust. Some parts are broken, missing, or improper - serious flaws. POOR: 0-25% of original finish remaining. Pitted, abused, heavily worn. Serious damage and missing major parts.
