We do our best to provide only the best looking, cleanest, odor-free toys possible, shipping from a smoke-free home. Plush are machine washed (unless they have tags that can be damaged) and stored in sealed containers, with dryer sheets to prevent odors. Also, plush may be shipped in a polymer bag, at our discretion.
