Dillon XL 650 Live/Spent Primer Combo Upgrade Fix for Older Presses

Description: Dillon XL 650 Live/Spent Primer Combo Upgrade Fix for older Presses Please Read the ENTIRE Auction Before Purchasing there is import info regrading fitment of this product to your press. STOP!!!!! If your press isn't at least 15+ years old THIS upgrade is not for you. See my other auctions for upgrades for the newer style presses. If you are not 100% sure if this will fit just message me first and I will help you figure it out. I've been selling my Original Spent Primer Upgrade for years which solves the problem of primers all over the floor.... but they only fit the newer style presses. That is until now... for those of you who haven't converted to the newer style platform I now have come up with a fix you too. This upgrade will replace the original plastic combination missed primer chute / spent primer cup bracket with and all in one Catcher Assembly that will handle both missed live primers as well as your spent primers too. Just like my other upgrades the missed primers are collected into a small reservoir bottle while the spent primers are feed down through a hose into a soda bottle (not supplied) or other suitable container. This upgrade creates a closed primer system for both Live and Spent primers so there is no way for primers to exit the system and end up on the floor. When properly mounted this upgrade will not affect the operation of the press in anyway and it will work with either size primers. This upgrade will ONLY fit the OLDER Dillon XL650's (at least 15+ years old) with the combination plastic primer chute/spent primer cup bracket shown below. (the cup is not shown here.) This will NOT FIT the Newer Presses that have the Plastic Primer Chute and the separate Metal Spent Primer Cup Bracket see my other items for the newer style upgrade. Your platform must also have the step shown below in the Left Picture (see red arrow) for this upgrade to fit. If your platform is flush like the right image shows this upgrade will not fit your press. I can make a special one to fit the flush style platforms but you must email me before ordering.
