Description: Route 1 Home of Mr and Mrs Claus. Introduced 1996, retired. Comes with original box, working light cord, all 3 metal gates and 2 flags. Missing 1 flag I am told replacement flags can be purchased directly from Dept 56’s website. I would also recommend getting dept 56 tacky wax accessory as the flags easily fall out of the towers. Didn’t find any damage to building but please see photos for full condition.
