Description: For parts or as a beater. Outer black layer of the end cap was wearing thin at one small spot in the middle (from being dragged). I previously melted some black plastic to cover up the spot for protection (see pictures). The rest of the end cap beneath the decorative outer black layer is intact, not cracked, and strong. The barrel has a small piece inside loose and rattling around when swung. It sounds like a very small piece.
