All goods must be inspected as to merchantable quality, and any shortage or damage in transit (goods showing signs of transit damage must be signed 'box damaged') along with any defects reported to For-your-little-one as soon as reasonably possible. Upon our satisfactory inspection of the returned goods we will issue a refund for 80% of the sales value. Once the item has been processed and authorised, your refund will be put back into the original payment method that was used. This is to be completed within 30 days. If for-your-little-one is arranging a pickup due to a fault with the product we allow upto 2 failed delivery attempts. After this it will be down to the buyer to send the products back to us at your cost. If you would like for-your-little-one to arrange a 3rd or more collecting this will be at the cost of £25 for each attempt.
