This guitar is discontinued new old stock and has been on the warehouse shelf for a few years. It is designated b-stock due to a some cosmetic blemishes. The top edge of the body near the pots has a pretty good blemish as shown in the picture. Also there is a scratch on the back of the neck and there is a finish crack near the base of the neck that I tried to show in the pictures. The crack is only in the finish and is not structural, the neck joint is solid. Other than this it is a really nice guitar. Electronics all good, the neck feels and plays great and has great action.
