Born Gail Shikles, he was cast in dozens of movies. He died in 1981 at 81. GISEL MACKENZIE was a Canadian-American singer actress and commercial spokesperson best known for her singing on the TV show 'HIT PARADE'. She died in 2003 at 76 of cancer. TAB HUNTER, born Arthur Andrew Kelm appeared in over 40 films and was the heartthrob of the 1950's and 60's. He had a NUMBER 1 HIT in 1957 "Young Love", and a best selling autobiography. He passed in 2018 at 86 of cardiac arrest. RARE is a term that is over-used and many times used incorrectly to describe may items on Ebay. However I am calling this 'NIFTY' brand pad RARE because I have looked for another one like it for over 50 years with no luck.
