Description: David Pelbam Sea Captain Maritime Oil Painting 28" x 23" Overall Frame USED LOOK Preowned and while still looks pretty good it does show some cracking , dirt and debris and marks from being stored and neglected. Has a larger Crack on bottom as seen in pictures and various scuff marks. Frame is solid but kind of rag tag held together. Does have a wire for mounting but probably will want to secure Canvas to Frame a little better. Please look close at the pictures. Despite the rougher condition it just adds to the saltiness of this sea captain. Large size , Frame is roughly 28" tall x 23" wide. Clearly marked with his signature on bottom.
