Description: This is a fun ceramic desk set. Not marked with a maker's name or mark, but each piece has a small foil label that reads, "Made in Japan". The doghouse is a pencil holder with 6 holes in the roof for pencils. The dog has a metal sharpener inside its mouth. The sharpener is untested, but I did empty out pencil shavings from inside it. The holder measures 4" tall & the dog is 4-1/4" tall. Both pieces are in very good, vintage condition. No chips or cracks or glaze crazing. So cute!
