Description: This is a brand new, University of Wisconsin College Cotton fabric. It is one yard of fabric. It is 43 inches wide by 36 inches long. It comes from a smoke and mildew free home. It is free from odor and water damage. It has been stored safely, in a box, in my spare bedroom. I have cats, but they aren't allowed around my fabric, however, I can't guarantee there might not be a stray hair on the fabric. Please view photos so you can see the details. I always list all of the details of the product in my listing. I also take photos of the item, so you can read the box and make sure the product is what you need. If a box is sealed, I don't open it, so that it remains in "brand new" condition. If hardware or batteries aren't listed as included on the box, then they aren't included. I apologize, as I don't package or make these products, so I don't make the decision on if hardware or batteries are included. I will sometimes accept returns based on whether or not you have opened the product. If it is a brand new item, it needs to be returned back to me, unused and unopened.
