A flat rate shipping fee of $49.98 will be charged on the first item with all additional items receiving free shipping. All orders over $299 will receive free shipping. We ship Tuesday thru Thursday for arrival Wednesday thru Friday. · To receive combined shipping, purchase the item by putting it in your cart or winning the auction BUT do not pay. Instead click "request invoice" and we will send you a custom invoice. · All live items come with an arrive alive guarantee. In the rare event of a DOA (dead on arrival) claims must be made within 2 hours of shipments arrival (UPS Confirmed Delivery time) and must include a clear picture of the coral both in and out of the bag. DOA claims are void if package is not able to be received on first delivery attempt. All claims will be issued as future store credit applied on your next order. Cash refunds will not be issued. DOA Claims exclude Acts of God and Shipping Delays. · We monitor all shipments closely and work with UPS to make sure packages are delivered in a timely manner. · In order to receive your DOA claim, receiver must accept package even if it is damaged or delayed. We will contact you prior to corals being shipped if we have questions regarding your delivery. · Corals can be held for a maximum of five business days and additional items can be added to the order up to time of shipment. Please indicate what day you would like package to arrive upon completion of order. · Live corals are not able to be returned for any reason. However we aim for 100% satisfaction, if you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us before leaving negative feedback and we will work with you to fix the issue. · WYSIWYG listings will receive the exact item shown in photos. Non-WYSYWYG listings will have a representative photo of the coral and you will receive a similar piece of the same color, size and species. · Photos are taken under LED or Metal Halide lighting and may look different under different light sources. Sizes are approximate and we work hard to accurately portray size and color of coral. Corals can take multiple days to open and show their full size.
