Clasp pin/pendant glued on back horizontally. Good detail & definition of the three full bodies and their flowing dresses and the leaves overhead; faces are simply cut but with clear expression. Cameo itself is 1-1/2" long x 1-1/8" wide. I do half the work in creating the cameos, along with a couple who are professional mold-makers. Comes with information card.
