Upon receiving your new part, there will be a prepaid shipping label included so you can return your core (old part) to us free of charge. Please make sure to use the label we send you. You have 14 days to ship your core back to us from the time your new part was delivered. If you do not ship the core within 14 days, you WILL LOSE YOUR REFUNDABLE CORE CHARGE.
