Description: This is a CD-R with 10 PDF files representing scans of WWI-vintage Army Air Forces manuals on the CG-15A Troop-carrying glider. The Erection&Maintenance and the Structural Repair manuals show how the glider is put together, how the cabling for the flight controls and brakes work, and what the seating was for the troops (12 canvas seats, 2 fold-down seats). Please note that this is the "smaller" troop-carrying glider used in WWII - there was a larger one. Scans were made at 400 lpi. All manuals have been cleaned up in Photoshop to bring out the half-tone images and remove blemishes as much as possible. As I have edited every page of every manual to remove blemishes and scanning problems, the images in these files differ from the original manuals. My changes are all copyright 2004-2020.
