Description: Hello and welcome! We are not art professionals, but we will describe the condition of these prints the best we know how. We purchased this at an estate sale. The artist is Carol Grigg, and there are 4 "signed" prints. The two prints on the left have slight fold marks on the bottom right in the middle. We are not tearing the back off to inspect, so we are not sure what happened. The two on the right seem to be in perfect shape. I say "signed" because I can't tell if the signature is stamped or actually signed. My gut is telling me it is stamped because of how exact they all are to each other. Total measurement with the frame is 24.5 inches tall and 29.25 inches across. We used a professional shipping company to wrap and box large art pieces for us to ensure they arrive correctly! If you would rather save on shipping, we are willing to take the prints out of the frame and send without the frame. Just let us know! We are always willing to work with our customers!
