They support manual pumping or CO2 Use. I have personally tested both the road and the "chunkier" MTB versions - they are both able to reach high pressures without severe effort and are more than effective when repairing a flat. The CO2 provides a nice boost of reseating a tubeless tire on either the road or MTB version. The pump main body is made of aluminum and these are pre-oiled for dependable service.
