There is a small area of "roughness" around the rim of one of the cellars but it is not a chip or crack. You can smooth your finger around the area and not get a cut. This flaw might have occurred in the original manufacturing process since these were mass produced as advertising giveaways when first introduced to the market. The glass is clear.
