Open flowers, buds and spikes unfortunately can’t be guaranteed through the mail but we do try our best. Combined orders are charged at extra 5$ per added orchid. Over charge of shipping can easily be refunded, please just send us a message. Shipped using USPS Priority 1-3 business days (singular orders) and FEDEX express/expedited (larger orders) to minimize time spent in transit. Once received, open immediately. If damaged in shipping please submit photos to carrier as it is insured to up to $100 As we are based in Hawaii, so we do not accept returns but please be in touch if you are dissatisfied with your product.
