They are already printed and ready to ship. They come UNPAINTED and are 28mm scale. About the 28mm scale: A real life 55 gallon drum is 33.5" high (2' 9.5"). That puts it slightly below the waist of an average sized male. The 28mm barrels measure slightly above the waist of a Bolt Action model and are right at the waist of a 40k Guardsman while they are hunched over (measuring from bottom of foot to waist).
