I have made numerous Bucilla kits over the years but this has always been one of the most requested stockings. Although the release date on this kit is 2002, it was produced several years prior, it is much prettier and colorful than it appears on the package. This 2002 kit is still factory sealed and completely intact, including the full color cover sheet that is missing from many of the kits of this design that are on the market today. This is an original kit, not one of many that was sold with incomplete essentials. Although the instructions are very clear, you still need the original, full color picture to show the exact placement of all the felt pieces. Cheap digital pictures do not help when trying to get a correct perspective of the design. This stocking kit, designed by Maria Stanzani and produced by Bucilla in 2002, is 18 inches in length diagonally when completed. This new, unopened kit contains everything you need to complete your stocking including: stamped felts, cotton floss, color separated sequins and beads, 2 needles, tri-lingual instructions and directions for personalization. The only item not included with your kit is the polyester filling or a filling of your choice. There have been two other kits with the same name and similar design produced by Plaid but they are not the same quality as this. Although it is on the white background which could easily be changed, this is the best designed Santa of any of the kits by this name. He takes up almost the entire front of the stocking but there is room for personalization at the top. Kit is SEALED See pictures Images sell!
