Description: Bruker Nano XFlash Silicon Drift Detector 5030 SDD for SEM / EDS / XRF. The detector powers up fine and I do get a preamp ramp signal from it with X-ray pulses. The SDD chip is fine, berylium window intact, must be an electronic issue. Maye it needs to be properly screened. Sold AS-IS.
