In lady's size they would be 9 - 2EI'm a lady and these fit me fine (I wear a ladies 8.5 2E, (they suggest to buy 1/2 size up)) Unfortunately, I had to have surgery and these no longer fit. They have been languishing in my closet waiting for you.I only wore them for about 2 to 3 weeks before the surgery. Walking only. They are super clean, In excellent condition. No creasing on the top OR the sole. Inner sole insert is in great shape too (And Clean)(see photos) This is some info from Brooks:There’s a 1.5-size difference in length between women and men shoes (when you’re a size 9 in women’s Brooks shoes, you’d be a size 7.5 in men’s brooks shoes) but the width size remains the same (so if you’re a women’s 2E, you’re also a men’s 2E).
