It is in very good to excellent condition (my opinion!) having been used but not abused. Of course it is covered by the Briggs & Riley damage guarantee, which provides that they will pay for repairs or repair it at the factory for ANY malfunctions or damage even caused by an airline! (Waranty runs with the suitcase, not to the original purchaser.) Please look carefully at the many pictures so you see what you are getting. The dimensions are approximately 24" tall by 18" wide by 12.5 inches deep (and several inches deeper if the "all around" zipper is opened to expand it.
