Description: Brand new keyswitch and wiring assembly. Easy way to make sure a simple electronics issue isn't keeping your engine from running. This style has the sixth, red wire that connects to the voltage regulator. There is a five wire version that runs a jumper to the starter's positive battery cable and eliminates this red cable. This switch will work with both styles but gives the the option to connect straight into the voltage regulator. The length of the wires is approximately 22 inches when measured from the end of the wire connector to the black plastic plug that attaches to the key switch. These parts were taken from a brand new 23hp horizontal shaft engine that had a custom wiring harness made to fit into an existing tractor.
