This deluxe slipcased edition was signed by the author in black ink on the special signatory page located just after the first free end paper. The ISBN for this special edition is 0-929480-89-5. The overall dimensions including the slipcase are 9.25"X6.0"X1.0" and the book contains 207 pages of text. Stated First Edition on the copyright page. I bought this book new from Ziesing Books when it first came out, examined and admired it and then put it in my library, unread. Now, during my retirement, I am selling most of the contents of my library and some other collectable things at my own pace!! The condition of the book and dust jacket are absolutely like new with no flaws to report. The slipcase has one very small abrasion at the lower back corner. (see pic).
