Our items will be wrapped with a generous amount of bubble wrap, safely secured with cushions, and in a box with a fragile sticker instead of a bubble envelope, we deeply care about your item arriving in a safe condition to you. The packages will include Insurance coverage up to $30-$100 (Ground Advantage already has that applied). If a package is damaged, lost or stolen from transit, please be advised that this issue is out of our hands and will have to be dealt with by USPS and filing a claim through them.
